1. Agreement to Terms

• Late payments may result in project suspension

• Additional work beyond the original scope will be billed separately

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of all fees, the client will own the rights to the final deliverables. However:

• Siteforlio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio
• Pre-existing materials and third-party components retain their original licenses
• Source code and proprietary tools developed by Siteforlio remain our property
• Any open-source components are subject to their respective licenses

6. Disclaimer

The materials on Siteforlio's website and services are provided on an 'as is' basis. Siteforlio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Siteforlio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Siteforlio's website, even if Siteforlio or a Siteforlio authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
